Hi my name is Duncan, a short introduction about myself. I am personable and hard-working artist and designer. very self-driven and hard-working. I have strong IT skills which also include the adobe suites. I enjoy learning new techniques, creating new projects and as such I have a strong drive for self-improvement. I saw the position for operations administrator and thought I would very much fit in. I believe that a fresh perspective is key, to helping me as much as I can help others. I look forward to working on whatever challenges may arise as I believe this can help me facilitate positive change through collective effort
my role as compliance clerk, I was able to lean various skills which would surely be of use as an operation administrator. My proficiency with IT and strong interpersonal skills were instrumental in maintaining records, submitting data, validating invoices and making sure safety records were up to date. Additionally my previous role as Transport clerk also left m,e with transferable skills such as problem solving, time management and flexibility. This has left me able to effectively support teams work independently if necessary and manage work flows
In previous roles, I been able to demonstrated the ability to manage multiple varied workloads, making sure all assigned tasks are completed on time and to a high standard. To determine priority of each task I would look at multiple factors such as deadline, impact upon the team and the scope of the task. If something unexpected may appear a reshuffling of my priorities may be necessary, this is achieved through communication, evaluation and balance. I hope this approach will keep me as adaptable as possible when asked to meet deadlines and maintain quality of my assigned tasks.
