Ana Carolina Malta, with whom I share two children, year-end trips and daily chats about the profession, taught me the power of organization in work processes.
Claudio Leite was my first reference and made me understand the strength of a good idea. Following was Amilton Coelho, who helped me to establish the first creative criteria.
My first pair, Hugo Santarem, quit advertising to become a photographer and continues to inspire me today.
With Whashington Olivetto I had very little contact. But when you are next to such a legend, any teaching is worth a lot. Despite my professional immaturity at the time, I learned from him the power of a good presentation.
Rondon Fernandes taught me the importance of always giving an extra boost to work. It also taught me to treat each project as an opportunity to carry out a great campaign. I take this to life.

Carlos Galvão: the guy who put the responsibility in my lap and taught me how to delegate responsibilities, monitor performance and realign when necessary. It was also the guy who introduced me to Triatlhon and IronMan. But this is chat for another social network.
Daniel Braga taught me to be a resolute and agile guy. He also made me improve my soft skills.
With Humberto Cunha, Filipe Fontes and Ricardo Bauab I made a quartet full of energy to make it different. Beside them I learned to give meaning to each point of contact in a campaign.
Thomaz Munster: the guru of tranquility in the most difficult moments. Everything goes away. Keep it in mind and breath.
Antônio Batista was the most passionate guy for literature I have ever met. He made me understand that good ideas hide in everyday life.
