Dragonfish is a multi-award-winning global culture and performance consultancy (part of the Global Lawton Group, sitting alongside its sister agency Five by Five), with offices in Southampton, London, LA, and Sydney.
We partner with clients on transformation journeys - unlocking and strengthening the links between your people, brand, and customer. Using inclusive research approaches, evidence-based practice and healthy pragmatism, we make the complex simple and ensure genuine behavioural change.
We are research and data-driven and commission our own independent research series, ‘Cracking the Culture Code’. Using our research, we have a unique framework for harnessing the links between people, brand, and customer – driving sustainable growth and high performance.

We’re a unique and diverse team bringing together expertise from the fields of strategy, organisational development and effectiveness, employee experience (EX), occupational psychology, behavioural science, and Brand/customer experience (CX). Our work is bespoke and is backed by years of lived experience and expertise which generates genuine and authentic positive change for businesses, their people, and their customers.
We believe in paying it forward and strive to help educate and enable others as much as we can. We invest many hours in hosting free events, creating content, and connecting with people to share our insights and research, we are so passionate about what we do and truly want to make work more meaningful.
