I am a very enthusiastic person with excellent organization and communication skills, together with an outstanding understand of the importance of customer care standards.
Being a strong motivated character, I thrive on challenges. I am currently responsible for the production department for the African titles and I have always been able to identify problems before they affected production deadlines.
I am a team player and in my position this is an important quality since I am the point of contact between the editors, the sales department and the client.
I feel that my "can do" attitude and overall experience in different departments such as advertising agencies and publishers, sales and production, has enabled me to understand the costumer's requirements.
