About me

To whom it may concern,

My name is Dominic Powers and I am currently working as an Executive Producer for an award-winning, top-5 London based creative agency. I am now seeking a new challenge and would love to apply for the advertised role.

Currently working as an Executive Producer, my main role is to ensure that the video content our agency creates is to the highest standard - My duties include script writing, organising UK & International shoots, directing and managing shoots, running 3D/2D Animation projects as well as 360 VR, running post production and budget management. I am also responsible for sourcing new business opportunities, pitching to clients and general client management.

I am currently Line Manager to other members of the team, so also have development and management experience.

Having worked as part of the Production team and on the agency side I have experience and an understanding of how a successful project is run. During my career I have worked on projects for some of the biggest agencies in the UK including Saatchi & Saatchi, M&C Saatchi, VCCP and Dare for clients such as Mars, Land Rover, GSK, Barclays and BBC.

All my roles to date have relied on having a great understanding and working relationship with my seniors and wider team as well as outstanding organisational skills and management of members of the team. I pride myself on my time management and am unfazed by working to very tight deadlines.

During my career I have managed to develop and maintain great relationships with various production houses, freelancers, Animators, storyboard artists and clients etc... who I would be happy to involve in projects again, should there be a need to share a contact list.
