About me

I'm a freelance web & mobile developer in West Yorkshire. I specialise in front-end interactivity using HTML, CSS and JavaScript, however I also do a lot of work with .NET and PHP on the server. I've also completed projects in Ruby and Cocoa Touch.

I'm interested all aspects of development, though particularly web. Working either remotely or on site if you're reasonably local.

Skills

My primary focus is on front end development using HTML, CSS and JavaScript; specifically jQuery. Standards compliance and accessibility are important to me, but I do like making stuff move and change colour., In the past I worked mainly with .NET, recently though I spend most of my time with PHP frameworks. My preference is for Agile MVC style development., I believe in making myself stronger through the use of different technologies and methodologies. To that end I've worked on projects in Ruby (Rails) and Objective-C (Cocoa Touch).

I've worked in the financial, industrial, transport industries. I also have a good deal of agency experience.
