I am highly experienced professional with over 12 years in the field of mobile phone, telecommunication product and consumer products with skill sets perfectly suited for positions. I also have great balanced-view of design based on my knowledge of Mech. engineering and industrial design. My job has been a combination of creative and engineering expertise, which aims to balance engineering innovation, functionality, and aesthetics in creating products for mass markets and small-specialized markets alike on the word-wide. I have been testing and improving existing products or design completely new ones which require the solid knowledge of a wide range of materials, markets, and production procedures.

- My specialties are designing new concept & products, strategic planning and researching, comprehending structure, and managing mass productions.
Over 8 years' experience, I have been working for multi-national design teams at global brand companies such as Vtech Telecommunication, Alcatel, Motorola Mobility, Nokia, and Microsoft in different cities of China. I am very proud of my achievement during my career at those companies.
At Motorola Mobility (a Google company), MMCP CXD team as a design manager in Beijing. I led and managed 15 designers (Beijing) to design and execute on projects that ultimately reflect Motorola brand, strategies and roadmap. I have been leading designers to participate on projects from concept through to production and coordinated with JDM companies, such as Foxconn (Chi-Mei), Arima, Cellon, BYD, CCI, Qisda. I am also a major contact window of supporting for regional product managers in each countries. I introduce new design to regional marketing teams in every stages and follow up the further requirement from regions.
At Microsoft (ex-Nokia), phone Design team in Beijing, I worked as a principal designer. After I joined in Nokia Design team in mid of 2013, I started to build very good working relationship with key stakeholders and other parties such as programs, R&D, concepting, marketing, and operation teams internally and successfully launched key products in the markets. Also, I was contribute to developing new concepts of mobile phones and designing the portfolio products for Mobile phones such as Lumia (Smart phone) and Nokia ITU-T products. I led designers to develop the design vision work for next generation phones.
