I'm Dipika Lakshmi Parthiban — a multidisciplinary Design Manager with roots in textile and apparel design, and a growing focus on sustainability, storytelling, and systems thinking.

With 10+ years of experience spanning fashion, branding, editorial, and innovation-led design, I lead creative work that merges aesthetics with purpose. My work often sits at the intersection of heritage, climate, and visual culture — from developing regenerative material narratives to directing visual identities and campaigns for mission-driven brands.

Currently in a founding-level creative role at a sustainability startup, I'm also engaged in research-led initiatives on native cotton, circular design, and cultural regeneration — often bridging visual design with environmental and social impact.

Whether it's a high-end lookbook, a children's book illustration, or a strategy deck for a sustainable venture, I bring intention, clarity, and beauty to every detail.
