Andrew's work

I currently deliver a broad range of solutions in the training / multimedia disciplines; people development, film and photography. I am CIPD qualified across the four stages of learning and very experienced in planning and implementing training programs and strategies. The work requires consistent management / motivational skill along with a practical application of partnership values to build and maintain buy-in and engagement from end users, working groups and stakeholders. My main strengths lie in quickly understanding / translating data and influencing key people around me, from the front line up to boardroom level.
