I am lucky enough to have worked in the communications marketplace since 1997. From my first day and until now, I get the biggest kick from watching my clients grow their businesses and seeing talented peoples' careers flourish.

I run two businesses:
The first is Source, which focuses on placing talented individuals throughout their career into the communications space, be that an agency, start up, brand or consultancy.
The second is Digital Futures, a digital skills training business focused on placing 16-24 year olds into Apprenticeships and training. We're developing an educational movement that utilises the skills of those already employed in the digital industry, to train the future innovators, makers and doers of tomorrow. We're narrowing the digital skills gap one apprentice at a time.
