About me

Hi! My name is Diego, but you can call me Mordecai.

I am an enthusiastic and pro-active Brazilian animator graduate from Cambridge School of Art at Anglia Ruskin University.

As a result of my previous employment and educational background I have acquired a wealth of experience in leadership, team work and creative development; which I believe will be of particular use in this role. I pride myself on being a fast-learner and being creative. I have good communication skills, a high level of emotional intelligence and love working as part of a team.

In addition to the above I am passionate about animation and motion graphics, and this is complemented by extensive animation skills, creative and artistic thinking and appropriate technical skills. I have acquired key experience in the field in both a paid and volunteer context. In addition to personal, I have experience in Motion graphics/Animation roles in projects such as, Majico, a scientific research company in Cambridge (in producing a minute long, and several other short animations, infographic animation for their new global water purification system) and Speak Live, where I made a 3 minutes long animation for their 2019 Christmas animation called "There is a dragon in my nativity", apart from several other clients I worked with.

I am very excited to work with you and pursue my passion. I believe that I would be an asset to your team.
