Please find attached my current CV.

As you can see from my previous experience, I have been managing a photography team for Boden for a number of years now. Latterly I was focused on managing the studio shoots for the web and catalogue. The studios are owned by Boden - 7 or 8 of them, so I was responsible for organising the workflow, schedules, manpower (teams etc) as well as controlling the budgets for the studios.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my career at Boden, but the time has come for a new challenge and to experience a new business.

The role as a studio manager excites me, because it plays to my key strengths listed below, which are paramount for this role:

o Able to make informed decisions and meet tight deadlines calmly under pressure.

o Adopt diplomacy and tact whilst asserting confidence when communicating across all levels.

o Possess excellent creative ability and have an eye for detail.

o Enjoy planning and organising however challenging the task may be.

o Have an abundance of energy and passion to complete any given task.

o Am able to absorb information quickly and easily.

o Have numerical skills to interpret statistics and make commercial decisions.

o Can lead, motivate and mentor a team of any size to achieve the highest standard.

I believe I would be an asset to this business, because of the proven and consistent experience that I can share, having worked for a company that started of small but expanded rapidly. I have a wealth of knowledge I have gained in all its forms from challenging projects to the extremely positive ones.
