About me

I have always loved graphic design and it would be an honor to work with a new company. Designing children's books is a huge passion of mine. For my senior project at Oral Roberts University I wrote and illustrated my own children's book. It is currently published and will be available for sale on Amazon and Barnes and Noble. I am confident that the skills that I have acquired with creating that project, in addition to the ones that I previously had will be an asset to a company. I also have experience working with a design team and collaborating of different projects. In the summer of 2016, I interned for Oklahoma Joe's BBQ, where I would work with the owners on branding and website designs. In addition, I worked as the design editor for Oral Roberts University for three years. I have also been commissioned to create art pieces for some of the faculty at Oral Roberts University. For example, I have worked with the director of Multi Media and the Dean of Education and I currently have a piece of my artwork hanging inside of the Prayer Tower.

Furthermore, I have created an online store where I sell prints of my work and collaborate with clients to complete commissions. In the summer of 2017 I interned for NV Design and Marketing in Oklahoma City. In that position, I was responsible for creating layouts, logos and design proofs. With all of these roles I have identified the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, create client-based projects, I am detail-oriented and have people skills. I am confident that these abilities will help me perform the tasks that you will require of me. I have just graduated with a bachelor's degree in graphic design in May and I am willing to relocate and available for hire within a month.
