About me

I have over 15 years experience as a graphic designer, and through my career I have gained a wide range of experience in the creation and production of design work in Macintosh and PC environment, with responsibility for all aspects of the process from initial briefings by the client through to print buying and production. I have excellent creative and presentation skills with a high degree of attention to detail and a flexible approach to work. I am always seeking new opportunities to challenge my skills and creativity as a designer, and to employ my enthusiasm and appetite to learn.

Through my career I've contributed to a variety of projects locally and internationally, creating and progressing new branding for companies and their divisions. This has included working in-house for a large multi-national company, developing excellent communication and motivational skills as an integral part of a design team with in the marketing division. I have worked with colleagues and clients alike to provide a diverse range of branding, marketing and communications material and helped develop my own and my colleagues skills. This has given me excellent knowledge of marketing and brand implementation of guidelines, but I have always sought the opportunity to work on design jobs that allow me to develop bespoke, simple and innovative ideas.

Over the past five years I have worked as a freelance designer and contractor, providing design services for small and large businesses, working on individual projects and on contracts. This has covered development of branding and marketing material for a wide range of clients, who have relied on me working on my own initiative and demonstrating the high levels of creativity and motivation required to ensure successful project completion for them and their audiences.
