Identity programmes start around $20,000 for early-stage brands and run $100,000-$500,000+ for enterprise rebrands with full guidelines, applications and rollout support. Packaging projects typically $15,000-$80,000 per SKU range.

Branding agencies focus on strategy, positioning and narrative as the lead deliverable; design agencies lead with craft and visual system output. The distinction is fuzzy at the top end - most senior agencies do both, but in different ratios.
