About me

I am writing in response to your advertisement posted on the Creativepool website, and I wish to apply for the position of Print Buyer for Williams Lea.

I have recently completed a contract with a digital marketing agency on a freelance basis, my main duties here revolved around the successful product creation for their web-2-print websites. This included liaising with account managers and studio to discuss briefs, managing creative services as well as all aspects of print management including artwork approval. Prior to my current employment I have worked as a freelance digital photographer and extensively within a print environment, which has honed my knowledge and would hopefully stand me in good stead within your company. Furthermore, I achieved a second major in English and Communication, which has certainly fine-tuned my verbal and written communication skills. In addition to completing a diploma course for Adobe products (Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator), I use most Microsoft applications on a daily basis and work just as well on MAC OS.

I am exceptionally well-organised and methodical and I am always eager and quick to learn and undertake new training, which I have demonstrated by recently completing Fire Evacuation and Warden Training.
