Dear Sirs,

I am interested in changing my actual position and believe that my education and employment background are appropriate for a creative job.

My Bachelor Degree in “Industrial and Environmental Design“ definitely shows how deeply interested and passionate I am about interior design and creative; during my studies I had the chance to gain some internships with the “Ariston Group“ and to support their Technical Research Department and designing a revolutionary brand new concept for an eco-fridge. Moreover, I am currently working in a very similar position for a showroom selling Italian luxury kitchens: it is a multi-tasking position and I am involved with a different range of responsibilities. The main ones are building beneficial relationships with costumers and being their reference throughout the whole process, by giving complete assistance from the initial steps to the installation of the products. I am also providing quotations and photo-realistic renderings in order to make sure that clients are happy about the results. I deal with every order (in partnership with the company's warehouse), I produce invoices for the clients and the general housekeeping of the showroom is left to me as well.

I already have experience as sales consultant, since I worked in two different showrooms in Ireland, so I can definitely offer my ability in being a sales-oriented person. I had the chance to learn how to meet and exceed each customer's expectations with a service that is able to guarantee great results also in meeting set sales targets, task often carried out in a busy and pressured environment. Assisting all types of customers in all types of settings, made me realize that building trust is of the utmost importance in today's customer service oriented society. My customers will tell you I am a helpful person who can provide a timely, friendly, proactive service and, most of all, I have the right attitude, which I believe is way more important than experience; many of job's skills can be taught, attitude cannot.
