Dear sir/madam,

I am emailing you in response to the Illustrative Artist position as advertised through creativepool.

I graduated a year ago from Norwich University College of the Arts with a 2.1 in Illustration and since then have been working on my own personal projects. I have always had a love for pencil and technical drawing, which I believe shows through my work. Recently I have begun to really enjoy photoshop in work - whether to colour my images or use it as a collaging tool.

I currently live in the midlands, but wish to relocate with a job as soon as possible. I have very strong photoshop skills, as well as all other Microsoft programs, with very basic knowledge of Illustrator with an interest to learn more. I have great technical skills, and enjoy working within a fast paced and exciting environment. I know that I have a lot to learn, but I know with such an opportunity I would rise to the challenge.
