About me

Hello. I'm an integrated copywriter and CD with lots of experience managing brands through the line.

Over the last 18 years, I've got my hands on every kind of marketing comms going, from billboards and barmats to websites and banners. Tuppenny door drops excite me as much as 30 second TV ads. Every brief is a new start, the joy of a problem to be solved, powerful connections soon to be made...

With creative partner Richard "Chunky"​ Gorton Lee, I've spent the last five years looking after the Toby Carvery and Harvester, right through the line from soup to nuts.

A truly 360 remit is rare; it's taught me how powerful integration can be. Not the lip service, matching luggage stuff, either - the creation of a strong, simple brand idea that flows and flexes across channels, changing beliefs and behaviour as it goes.
