I am a driven, energetic and enthusiastic individual looking to continue my career in visual merchandising. I possess excellent visual and management skills, with the self-motivation to succeed in a challenging environment. A natural leader and strong line manager with experience of managing store, field and head office based retail and VM teams. I have over 13 year's retail management experience, 7 years in Head Office Visual Merchandising.
I have enjoyed increasing levels of responsibility in my current role, and welcome this in all future roles. On-going critical self-appraisal has facilitated personal and professional growth towards my high ambitions.
