REF: Project Co-ordinator

Having just moved back to the UK from Dubai, I am currently looking for a chance to put my energy, drive and enthusiasm to work within the creative field. I am therefore writing to express my strong interest in the Project Co-ordinator position recently posted on Creative Pool website. Whilst I do not have relevant experience in the creative and design industry, I bring to the table a skill set that is transferable and relevant to your needs. I have been exposed to a number of aspects of the art world. The various experiences and skills highlighted in my CV demonstrate my capability of working with others - namely artists, curators, graphic designers and registrars - through the creative process of production while meeting the challenges presented to me. I would really cherish the opportunity to apply the same process to a creative environment. With my background in art and customer care I am confident that I would make a very successful and project coordinator.

I understand that as the Project Co-ordinator, I would be the first line of client contact and that therefore my priority would be to project the company in a positive light by providing consistent quality reception. I have excellent communication and 'people' skills, and during my previous tenures I have established and maintained strong working relationships with management, staff, and internal and external individuals. Incidentally I am a highly organised, dependable person who is able to provide efficient administrative support. Furthermore, I am a self-motivated and focused individual and have the ability to work without supervision.

I am a proactive team member who can also work independently. I always aim to go above and beyond my set duties to ensure the best systems are in place to allow the organisation to function as efficiently as possible. I enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have the flexibility and adaptability to work under pressure, as well as to prioritize and organize workloads to meet strict deadlines. In fact, I find that I thrive when I'm under the pressure of a deadline. In bringing these skills to the table, I believe that I can profitably contribute to your organization.
