I lead teams and client presentation. I have a keen eye for design and can write code. I'm a creative director with no fear that inspires teams to see their next challenge as the only challenge thats ever going to matter. My no excuses attitude and fascination with the intersection of business and advertising is my real point of difference though.

I've had my own clients and had the honor of working with an agencies hard won clients on their behalf. I know how to bring the creatives around to deliver what the client wants in a way that is also the most effective for their business. When I started at DE in 2014, GreatCall was in a sales slump. We used data and analytics to get sales back on track and now GreatCall gets the best sales figures it's ever had.

I'm always happy to say yes, to my bosses and clients. Then I figure out how to make it happen. When we pitched and won Udacity they only had a handful of sign ups to their Nanodegrees. We created, tested and honed an online sign up funnel and now they have Nanodegree courses with 2k - 5k people waiting to take them and a TV spot that's won multiple awards.

I increased the output of my last creative department by 500% and at the same time was able to raise the quality of the creative work and offered additional services.

I sold my first start up to eBay and continue to build and launch apps on my own time to stay current on coding and creating online sign up funnels.
