About me
I am a hardworking, enthusiastic individual, who is focused on furthering my career in UX, specialising in mobile platforms. I am a technically literate person, who has a great deal of experience and knowledge of user-centred design. I am very methodical, and enjoy investigating and resolving user related queries and problems, whilst providing technical solutions to meet client business objectives.
As a UX and design specialist, I am particularly interested in the overlap between technology and psychology, and enjoy designing user interactions that are both functional and pleasurable to use.

User Experience Skills: Mobile UI design (iOS/Android/WP), Information architecture, rapid paper prototyping, user centered design, user needs analysis, stakeholder engagement, running workshops and focus groups, conducting client and end-user interviews, persona creation, usability testing and research, Software Competences: Experienced with Omnigraffle, Axure, Visio, Photoshop, Silverlight testing software, Tobii eye tracking. Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Agile Project Management: Undertaken Agile project management training, and have experience as a scrum master, and running retrospective meetings. Logical thinker who tends to take confident roles in leading and managing. This also allows me to encourage teamwork and help motivate others.
