Personal Profile

I started in Graphic Design early 1992 during my last year at school. I started my own design company (Griffon Graphics) which I solely operated for 2 years, 1995 to 1997, before selling it and going on to further my studies. I am currently employed by Marsh Limited as Team Leader of the Graphic Design Department within the Europe, Middle East & Asia IMPACT Practice.

Key Skills

I am accustomed to operating in pressurised environments, both on my own or leading my team, where good workload prioritisation & effective multitasking skills are essential. I am focused on delivering the agreed objectives on time, whilst still maintaining a high professional standard in all work I produce. I also enjoy Graphic Design as a vocation and therefore am a highly motivated individual who thrives on the opportunity to innovate and be creative. I possess excellent communication skills and am quick to understand client needs and help develop their ideas.
