An excellent team player experienced with working in a fast paced work environment supporting an internal development team as well as external publishers.

I am able to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals in a friendly yet competent and professional manner. I have an excellent development and support background, with experience of project milestones and bug submission. I have supported and implemented QA procedures from alpha to beta to the final release candidates. I am able to look at a problem from a variety of points of view to find the most efficient solution. I also have most recently passed my Prince 2 foundation exam in project management and my Prince 2 practitioner qualification.
