Bringing Media and creative communications closer together at the What's Possible Group and helping clients create creative work that drives brand performance. Driving new integrated ways of working creatively across the group - from International implementation to hyper local media targeting and personalisation. David was previously Managing Director at Hogarth Worldwide. He helped scale the organisation from 100 to 1000 employees in London and 3000 globally over 10 years. David ran the global hub in London for over 5 years and built out its digital and content functions, TV and video production, and creative and design teams. He also helped the Hogarth and WPP team in Australia set up two world class facilities in Sydney and Melbourne.

Previously David won and ran the Shell business for Omnicom's Proximity business and was responsible for the work of teams in 26 markets. He has worked in social media, web design, e-shopper and CRM in previous roles.
