About me

Dear Sir/ Madam

I am a graduate of the University of Durham with a 2:1 degree in French and Italian. I am also finishing of a Masters in Creative Writing at University of Edinburgh and am predicted a distinction.

I have written two novels, one of which is being represented in the US by a literary agency and the second has been put forward for my Masters. In addition to this I have written a play that was performed in Durham by amateur actors and two comedy shows one of which was part of the Edinburgh Fringe festival. I am confident that I have both the imagination and the discipline to turn my writing to any genre with great success.

I have always had an impeccable work ethic and this proficiency for hard work will stand me in good stead for any position. Through my studies and the part time work that I have done I have excelled at any task I have been given because I realise that each task is essential in its own way and demands 100% attention.

All through my time I have studied at university I have had to juggle work and academic commitments. This has taught me to be well organised and to be effective in my time management. I believe that both of these skills will be invaluable in a creative position.
