About me
My current role oversees all aspects of Packaging and various Marketing projects for FitFlop. This project management role involves budgeting, briefing and managing designers, liaising with numerous global factories and approving samples for production, which are, aligned with the core brand values.
My previous role as Retouching and Studio Manager involved overseeing all functions of e-commerce imagery, coordinating traffic from initial instruction through to its final website listing. My responsibilities included budgeting, scheduling, staff appraisals and development. The role was heavily involved with photographic development in terms of image styling, training and advanced retouching. The role focused on implementing new work flows for multiple disciplines including photographers, retouchers, stylists and administration staff, improving the quality, consistency and productivity whilst balancing the need for creativity and the delivery of clear usable commercial imagery. I managed a team of 26 full time employees and numerous freelancers and was also heavily involved with the recruitment of new members of staff.
My long personal interest in photography has continued to aid me within my professional career. I have continued to practice photography working on many photo shoots for various magazines and online based operations. This has strengthened my skills as a project manager and developed a strong passion for the production process developing my skills in all areas involved in creating a strong visual identity.
I am an outgoing, enthusiastic and extremely well motivated individual. I am hardworking, conscientious, well organised and able to manage my time effectively. I take great pride in my work and go to considerable lengths to ensure that I always give my best. I have a friendly and personable nature and enjoy working on my own or as a part of a team.
