30 Years experience in IT. Team leading / Testing ,Operations/Networks and Operations analyst/Performance roles. Project leading experience. Team Leading skills gained from project work across all employment, especially, Shift leader role, (see below Sodexho) Testing skills in migration of data and environments into production.. Disaster recovery involvement. Capable of adapting quickly to changing environments. Supervising and training operators at all levels. Aiming to enhance relations between operations and other departments by improving technical skills, awareness and company knowledge. Main skill sets are use of Scheduling packages JOBTRAC, TWS/OPC, CA7 and Control/M. Z/OS, MVS and JES2 commands, JCL writing and procedure writing/upkeep.
