About me

I am a hard worker, I work well with other and I work well in a team. I have worked as a shop assistant in a supermarket for some years so I know how to interact with and handle customers. I also work for myself as a freelance illustrator which is something I would want to do full time.

I've designed logos for a couple of companies, design artwork for personnel use or for there work and I've design a few charactors for comics books which I have also been involved in creating storyline's and plots. I mainly design my artwork on a touch screen lap top, where I use adobe photoshop and sometime Illustrator to design work which allows me create illustrations more effectively from my imagination and by more cost effective means but I do enjoy creating pieces with different types of media such as inking or painting, drawing with pencil, coloured pencil, pen or charcoal and printing.

I have a National certificate and a higher National Certificate in fine art which I studied for 4 years, which has helped me to study body shapes and understanding other art techniques. I have taken a few life drawing classes to help me improve my drawing and painting skills. I have a keen interest in si-fi and fantasy artwork which I enjoy creating myself and making up charactors for storylines. I'm a fan of comic books and comic book art one of my favourite artist's in comic book art are the likes of Jeff Smith, Mike Mingola, Eric Powell, Dave Gibbons and Steve Ditko. I also a fan of H.R. Giger.
