About me

Hello there

My name is Andrew chambers and I am a facilities manager working in North London / City who has been in facilities management for quite a lot of years. eight of which have been with my present company. I write to you because the 2 buildings I am currently in charge of will close in December 2008 and as a result my job will be put at risk. It is quite possible that they will offer me an alternative role but I am keen to have a fresh start / career move into something that will be a completely new challenge.

In addition to my day job I am an artist / Photographer who has had exhibitions of paintings / photographs and sculptures with a high level of success. I have helped friends and family design rooms to be decorated and again have been successful in as much as they have all been very happy of the input from my artistic flare. I am not suggesting interior / exterior design is as simple as being a bit Arty but believe with my facilities background I have a good base to start a new career in this area and take appropriate courses as necessary.

This is why I am writing to you. To enquire if you have any or may have any vacancies in this area in the coming months. My CV is attached and I would be happy to send photos of paintings / Photos / other work.
