About me

My writing experience comes from earlier broadcasting, teaching, sales, and marketing experience. Recently, the emphasis has been on Real Estate due to extensive work for real estate offices and real estate investors, along with technology utilized by each group. This ranges from frequent social media, blogs, and web site content updates for a variety of clients to scripts for videos and podcasts to online courses for agents and investors and Feasibility Studies (market research) for investment properties.

Whether real estate related or not, I am used to meeting deadlines and double checking my work before it goes out. In addition, I have also published books on real estate and marketing subjects under my own name and as a ghost writer. Depending upon the writing assignment, I can make the distinction between a factual or opinionated piece, whether done in first or third person.
