Darren has a wealth of industry and recruitment experience working with global digital, advertising and creative agencies, client-side brands and leading transformation consultancies.

He has 16 years executive search experience across large scale creative & advertising recruitment and digital transformation projects, consulting for global opportunities across the UK, EMEA and North America. Darren's experience has led him to become a judge for "The Best Digital Experience" at the DMA Awards and was part of an experienced panel of industry leaders and experts reviewing digital campaigns on creativity, strategy and data-driven results across leading brands and global agencies.

Prior to becoming a successful Head-hunter, Darren gained his experience as a Designer, Project Manager, Marketeer and Business Development Manager working for brands and creative agencies before becoming a talent advisor within the industry he loves.

Now head of contract for RedCat Digital, he specialises in the placement of Digital, Creative, Technology, Engineering and Marketing specialists into some of the world largest brands.
