About me

Hi there,

I am a graduate student from the University of Hertfordshire with a 1st Class BSc in Games Graphics and Hardware Technology.

The course mainly focused on the software side of gaming and often relied on using Adobe Flash (AS3) for development. As a result I gained extensive knowledge about Adobe Flash particularly AS3 and OOP in general. I also have some experience with Adobe AIR for Android to develop flash based products for mobile platforms.

During my course I had a fair bit of exposure to C# and the .NET Framework (4.0). My final year project was solely based on C# where I had to create an Xbox Kinect game, based on football, using a special SDK. From this project I learnt many fundamentals of game development. (Check my website to view my final year project dissertation, code samples in the "appendices").

I have my own website where you can view some of my flash (Actionscript 3) games and my final year project I previously mentioned. My website was made using a combination of Actionscript 3.0, HTML and CSS.
