About me
19 August 2015
Dear Sir/Madam,
In response to your recently advertised position for: Studio Assistant with your clients company. I would appreciate it if you would consider my CV in your search.
I am looking for a position in a creative environment where I can be customer focused and also develop on my existing administration skills! I feel that I would not only fit in really well, but also prove to add a valuable dynamic to your clients team. I believe this because:
- I have experience in various customer facing roles as well as transferable administration and customer service skills. For example: I have covered for maternity leave in an administration role. I was not only responsible for responding to customer emails, but I was also the first point of contact for all customers over the telephone.
- Worked as a volunteer in two other administration positions were I further developed not only my administration skills, but also other interpersonal skills essential for this role.
- I have the organisational skills required for this role gained from my time working self employed as a freelance! For example: my main responsibilities were to organise, plan and teach the whole workshop structure for a six week sound production project.
- Teamwork experiences throughout higher education and on other courses of study. For example: I have done many presentations as part of different groups at university which required a disciplined work ethic and group organisation.
- Commitment to ongoing training and development. For example: in 2014 I completed Customer Service (BTEC units) and also First Aid training courses.
I would appreciate it very much indeed if you would consider me for an interview for this position. I sincerely hope that I have shown my enthusiasm and suitability throughout the course of this letter, and also my CV uploaded with this application.
Yours sincerely,
Danny Ansbro.
