About me

Dan Lish is an English Artist who has worked within the creative industry for over 25 years.

Dan has also worked with many Artists in the Music Industry, creating artwork for Album covers and Singles. He has worked closely with artists such as De La Soul, Bootsy Collins, Mix master Mike, Omar, The Roots, Rakim, The Wu-Tang Clan, Cypress Hill and many more.

Presently, Dan helps bring visions to life as a Principal Concept Artist for the Gaming industry.
Since 1984, Dan has created murals worldwide.
Several have been painted across Brighton and Hove this year, favouring the medium of Spraycan and Liquid Acrylic pens.
After the success of his Crowd funded Art Book 'Egostrip' In 2022, Dan is currently producing Egostrip Book 2, a larger version encompassing many years of music-inspired artwork.

A year after Egostrip Book One was released, Dan was invited to display and Auction his Artwork for the groundbreaking show; The Art and Influence of Hip Hop at Sotheby's in New York City, where he showcased 12 original Artworks.
In June 2023, Dan had his first solo show at Brighton Gallery 242. The show was a great success, selling many original ink works and canvas pieces.
