I'm a freelance writer living in L.A. Your post appealed to me, mainly because it's hard being a creative person in the world and I like that you've created a place that provides creative people with information that'll ultimately help them prosper and not feel quite so alone.

For instance, I've spent entirely too much time listening to meaningless phrases such as streamline and buy-in, and I think it's awesome that there's place where like minded individuals can come together.

Being a creative person myself, I think that I could bring a ton of perspective and skill to the position.

As a writer, I know what it's like to work daily as a creative person. I understand the roadblocks, the negative emotions, the passion that drives you, and the pure joy of creating. Not everyone can relate.

I've freelanced for three years and I understand how to operate and create content independently. I also have some great story ideas, based on professional problems that I've encountered and solutions I've created.

I'm a seasoned journalist, I know how to research and interview, I can edit for clarity and proofread, and I know the difference between the two.
