About me
Dear Sir/Madam,
My passion lies within the digital and creative communications industries. As a project coordinator with a degree in media arts and background in events, marketing and communications, I believe I have the transferrable skill set to make me a prime candidate for your upcoming role.
With a number of successful projects under my belt, I'm currently a project coordinator with Skype and for the past 15 months, have been heavily focused on large scale design/IT/event related assignments. These include the design and delivery of a new career website, the design and implementation of an internal web portal and the IT integration of Skype into Microsoft; Microsoft's largest acquisition to date. Essentially, I have globally managed the smooth integration of 1200+ Skype employees into Microsoft systems. Currently I am heavily focused on working with design and event agencies to coordinate the 2012 Senior Leadership Event for Skype's global team.
A degree in media arts mixed with a background in marketing and communications and film production has left me with a transferable skill set I think will be the perfect addition to this role. I have gained many relevant skills via my production work along with coordinating design/print production and events and absolutely thrive off the pressure of working to deadlines. I pride myself on having strong communication skills and an approachable demeanor that gives me the ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders as well as engaging with external resource agencies.
A highly organised individual, I have a strategic and analytical approach to my work and take pride in running a smooth ship. I thoroughly enjoy the challenges faced in delivering successful projects and am creative, resourceful and results driven with a strong desire to set goals and achieve positive results. I really feel I can step up to the plate for this role and would love to be given the chance to further prove myself as an eligible and successful applicant.
Kind regards
Daniela Logan
