About me

I am a 25 year old self motivated British Graphic Designer, with a high level of attention to detail, creativity and a passion for design.

I worked as an In-house designer for a small marketing company for over a year and have gained valuable experience in a commercial working environment. I have managed projects from corporate to personal and have the ability to take a project from brief to print production. Working on large print projects for high profile clients such as magazines, means that whilst working under pressure and to tight deadlines, creative flair and high design standards are essential. My strengths are layout, typography and to listen and understand my clients needs. I have sound knowledge in the latest design programs such as Adobe Creative Suite and Quark and I'm perfectly comfortable working on either Mac or PC. Although I have worked on web projects, my main experience is within print. I have a good understanding of the print-process and understand the importance of detail when preparing artwork for print.

Since working as an In-house designer I have worked freelance but I would now relish the opportunity to be part of a design team. I would describe my level of experience as Junior/Middleweight and I feel that I would flourish within any design environment.
