About me
I am currently working in events planning and coordination for Shell and will have successfully managed a large number of events (a projected 190) over this year. However I am looking to capitalise on and develop my skills in the creative sphere. This might mean transferring my current skill set into a creative or arts environment or employing my flair for writing in a similar environment. I have undertaken a number of writing classes over the years, composing a number of short film scripts, numerous pieces of prose and poetry, as well as articles for online websites. At present I am engaged in a Writing Short Stories workshop at Morley College. I also have a very strong media studies background, having studied Film at A-Level and for my BA. While these courses focused mostly on film theory, I have also devised my own personal film projects over the years, and so have a practical knowledge of editing, shooting and producing films.
