Sector Experience
I have gained valuable experience in the past year. I have worked with Interact Magazine, producing layouts appropriate to written articles, project managed sections of the magazine and mentored design students. I paginated the magazine and prepared the final version ready for print. I gained more print experience at The Yard Creative in Clapham, where I worked on a variety of projects. Here, I worked on accounts such as The Pasty Shop & Rail Gourmet. I retouched photographs, designed point of sale wobblers and A2 posters for use in The Pasty Shop nationwide stores. I also wrote the copy for the posters all of which were approved by the client. On the Rail Gourmet account, I worked on a corporate brochure that required patience and extraordinary attention to detail. I also redesigned The Yard Creative’s portfolio to coincide with their iPad version.
