About me

I am a Portuguese Video Editor with a demonstrated history of more than 9 years working in the television industry in the United Kingdom, Portugal and Middle East. Namely Fremantlemedia Portugal, 2022 FIFA World Cup Qatar, BeIN Sports, RecordTV UK, Olympic Channel, Ultramarine Films UK as well as independent production companies creating content for Discovery Channel UK, Ooredoo and Al Rayyan Tv.

I have strong skills and experience with offline and online editing across a broad genre of television including Reality, Factual, Kids, News as well as the creation of bespoke marketing materials for various corporate clients.

As the Lead Editor working on the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, I worked closely with the Head of Production to help maintain the post production schedule. Trained junior staff in how to ingest and layup material for editors and producers. Helped identify and resolve issues affecting post workflow.

As a video editor for major production companies, I've worked on a range of prime time programming for broadcasters including "The Biggest Loser".

I am proficient with using Avid Media Composer, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, Adobe Photoshop and After Effects.
