About me

Graduate in English and Media Writing (2:1) who having completing work experience at News International and with extensive employment experience prior to university is looking to forge a career in the media or related industries. After graduating in June 2007 spent 7 months travelling in the US, New Zealand, Australia and Asia.

Once back I undertook work experience at The Sunday Times Magazine where I made a significant contribution to various projects, in conjunction with the editor and his deputies. I also wrote a weekly column for Voice of Football, an archive of my work is at *.

Excelled in Advanced Journalism, Desktop Publishing, Writing for Performance, Writing for the Screen, Modern American Drama. Also successfully completed a BTEC in Graphic Design, which encompassed Advanced Photoshop, Photography, Print-Making, Life Drawing/Fine Art, and Design Theory

Before studying I worked for 4 years as Works Officer for Rydon Property Maintenance, responsible for administering repairs to thousands of housing association tenants' homes.
