Dear Employer,

I have recently graduated Coventry University with a BA Honours in Illustration and Graphics and seeking a permanent, full time working position. I am a confident, reliable and hardworking individual who works well in a team and under my own initiative.

Recently, I have been working for clients on multiple graphics projects. This involved working quickly and efficiently to deadlines, being able to communicate and get opinions across clearly, whilst being understanding of the clients needs and being relied upon and trusted to get the job done by using skills which can be easily transferred to other working environments. Having a friendly rapport with clients is a strong characteristic of mine that can help build strong relationships with clients and ensure both sides see eye to eye.

This experience and education has taught me advanced skills in the Adobe Creative Suite. This expertise can be implemented at any level and utilised to create promotional material such as leaflets and posters in InDesign, as well as illustrations and animation frames using Photoshop and Illustrator. I have also created animations using the hand drawn stop motion technique, which i then edited using the Adobe Flash software.

I am a firm believer in meeting people in person over emailing, and enjoy face to face contact with people. Therefore, I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to meet for an interview to prove I'm the right candidate for the job.
