About me
My name is Dan Taylor. I am a Graphic Designer who studied at the University of Salford. I am a confident designer with strong knowledge and capability of using Adobe Creative Suite.
My current experience ranges from working as part of the in-house design team at Manchester United to a much smaller two person design team at my currant job, Mark Andrew Developments..
Whilst studying at university, the opportunity arose for a 9 month placement at Manchester United as Design Intern, which was later extended to 12 months. I had great experience working as part of an in-house design team at Manchester United, producing various print and digital design outcomes, and further experience with on set photoshoots. As a globally recognised brand and football club, working for Manchester United came with high expectation and high levels of responsibility.
I currantly work at Mark Andrew Developments in two man design team. Mark Andrew Developments (MAD) is bar and restaurant company based in the Northern Quarter. My role entails designing menus and promotional posters, branding, website graphics, printing and finishing for over 10 bars and restaurants throughout Greater Manchester.
The company have also lauched a printing business which has added more responsibilities to my role. This includes printing and finishing menus, posters and promotional items for our own venues as well as customer orders such as business cards, letterheads, flyers, etc.
