About me

Dear Sir/Madam,

I'm writing to apply for the Lead Visual Designer role at blinkbox. I am currently the Head of Design at Perform ( * ), an NMA top 10 media agency. I have worked on projects for Chelsea FC, EMI Group, Fox Soccer, Premier League and Turner Broadcasting amongst others - primarily designing live video, video-on-demand and audio subscriptions sites across multiple platforms.

I manage and mentor a design team of six, providing creative leadership in user experience and visual design while cultivating an environment of teamwork and innovation. I'm responsible for managing the work flow and the quality assurance of all digital work.

I'm very experienced at working with internal and external stakeholders in order to design market-leading products. I'm highly skilled at working with our clients brand guidelines and translating them cohesive and impactful online solutions.

I'm looking to work in a smaller, more collaborative environment where my ideas will make a difference. I'm already wearing converse and running into work in the morning, so having colleagues that are doing the same really appeals to me.
