About me

Seasoned designer and artworker, with plenty of experience in producing tailored designs for marketing campaigns across print and online. Creation and application of branding for flyers, POS, brochures, websites, social media platforms, advertising, etc.

Lead designer on numerous online and offline marketing projects, running ad campaigns on Google & Facebook, plus experience in website customisation as well as content management.

Key strengths are creative design and layout, illustration and bespoke typography. Skilled in traditional and digital design techniques. Well-versed in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat.

Managed a wide variety of projects, from concept to completion, for both print and web. Highly self-motivated and confident in taking the initiative, as well as thriving in a creative team environment.

As well as being a design-led creative, I am also meticulous, ensuring every detail is attended to. Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and visual, I also pay close attention to what the client wants, as well as having a keen insight into what they need.

In my experience, many clients struggle with forming a clear idea of what they want in a visual sense, but invariably know what they like when they see it. I strive to present my clients with what they will like in the first proof, and the best way to achieve that is to build a strong understanding of what they need before putting pen to paper.

Scamps and sketches are a great way to start any project, generating quick ideas for layout, design, text, colours and imagery, prior to narrowing down and focusing in on the very best solution to each project.
