About me

I've spent over 15 years building products that people actually want to use, working across everything from physical goods to digital platforms. My background is a bit of a mix - I've been a Brand Director at a global product development company (£20+ million turnover), where I got to work on some pretty cool projects with brands like Disney, Universal, and Warner Bros.

What I really enjoy is the intersection of design and operations. I'm not just about making things look good - I want them to work seamlessly behind the scenes too. Currently, as Managing Director at Multivitamin, I focus on making sure our processes actually make sense and our teams can do their best work without getting bogged down in unnecessary complexity.

I've had the chance to lead some interesting projects recently - the Creative UK community, work with SilverRail technologies, and SkyBound Rescuer. Each one taught me something different about bringing ideas from concept to reality.

I'm always learning, having worked through a Business Transformation Apprenticeship with Deloitte and Multiverse. I believe in clear communication, realistic timelines, and creating environments where people feel heard - probably because I've seen too many projects fail when those things are missing.

The thing that drives me most is taking complex challenges and finding elegant solutions that work for everyone involved.
