About me

I have over 6 years of all around recruitment experience, focused in and around Information Technology. With a background in direct sales and being a classically trained sales professional I am an excellent relationship builder and communicator, now working in recruitment, recruiting top talent across vertical markets within IT. Utilising these skills to make sure that both my clients and candidates are getting exactly what they want and need.
Coupled with a slight background in customer service, I manage to deliver these solutions with a high quality approach.

I'm an effective, adaptable, reactive and most importantly a tenacious IT recruitment consultant with a focus on drawing insights from workflow data that, highlight meaningful sourcing strategies, client effectiveness and overall performance, using a number of innovative tools to, continuously improve - work to result - ratios across the recruitment lifecycle for every stakeholder involved.

My emphasis always has been and will continue to be on building long term relationships with clients and candidates alike, by building knowledge and understanding individuals and organisations in order to deliver the best consultative service possible.
