- a strong directing & organizational skills, followed by a deep technical understanding of equipment, lighting techniques, file formats, codecs and publication platforms,

- a very good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (including motion graphics and special effects such as flares, tracking, green-screen techniques and advanced colour correction) - especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, SpeedGrade and Encore,
